Last 1years se I had something on my penis glans kinda red painless patch it's keep coming n going ,and my urethral opening get swell after ejaculation (masturbation or sex )it's get normal after 30mints or  1hr no pain nothing just swelling ,had consulted 1-2 doctores but not satisfied please help

Painless red patch which comes and go - I'm assuming you took some medicines for it to go, points more to a skin condition rather than something concerning like malignancy. But I highly recommend you to go to an urologist to see it. Some pictures of it if uploaded might have helped.
