On 23 dec we found out my wife was 2 weeks pregnant, 3 days ago she started to bleed, heavily.. it was Bleeding with clots, severe pain in stomach and anus. Also difficulty in excretion. bleeding and severe pain from past 2 days today is 3rd day of pain

b hcg shows decreasing pattern. so surely pregnancy is not viable. just do a scan to confirm if its a spontaneous complete miscarriage or a tubal abortion
