I feel like I have two countering personalities in my mind. There's mostly a conflict whenever I decide on doing anything. I dunno if it's all in my head from watching and reading about stuff or I really have something like multiple personality disorder. I recently experienced a very peculiar incident that scared me to my wits. I was worried sick of a few things like my parents' safety in amarnath and guilt of some mistakes. I could feel my heart racing with those thoughts and suddenly within a split second everything died down. I felt no worry, the questions were still popping up about my parents' safety and other things, but I heard an inner voice saying 'so what?'. Something like this happened someone ago as well. I'm confused and terrified what it could mean. Is it normal or does it indicate to some disorder or is my mind playing games with me. Any suggestion is appreciated. Thank you
