Conflicting Mamography & Biopsy report
USG & Mamography both giving Birad 4C & Birad 5 rating for left breast lump but true cut biopsy says no evidence of cancer cells (Diagnosis : Papillary lesion left breast ), no evidence of DCIS, no evidence of malignant foci seen
Note: Both mamo & USG happened post biopsy.

If the reports are uploaded, it would be great. Is the biopsy reported as papillary carcinoma. This is a subtype of IDC. “Papillary lesion” is unclear terminology.
If BIRADS comes as 5, then it is highly likely to be malignant.
Your doctor will clarify the pathology report with the reporting pathologist and then plan further.
Size of the lesion, any other DCIS seen in the mammogram, any nodes on ultrasound - please check in the report.
Also an IHC will be asked to be performed on the biopsy report, which will help for clarification.
If in doubt, a core biopsy can be done again from the lesion or lymph node.
