I'm taking treatment for conciving this month did follicular monetring took lateoz tablet and on day 13 took HCG 5000 injection my left side dominant follicle size was 20 mm today is 22 since last 1 day I'm feeling mild abdomen pain at start it was feeling like pulling now today also mild pain is der totally it's my 20 day what can be the reason
