Concieve after d&c

Why still doctors recommend to wait for 3 months to concieve again.whereas some articles I read says as per recent study we can try to convince after first cycle and it doesn't make any difference if u wait or not.What are the difficulty if anyone starts trying again before 3 months.pls clarify.

The thing is google if u believe on google then u dont need a dr bcoz dr suggest pt on basis of their experince it saod bcoz few womens may get emotional trauma so they can get time to come out of it second thing the chances of miss carriage can reduce after few weeks of d&c
