Hello. My brother, 13 years old, weight 40kgs, has been observing blood in his stool since past 3 weeks. The stool is normal but the blood flow is a concerning amount. He was prescribed Taxim 200 and Folcovit Distab but there's no improvement. We got a few tests done and his Carcinoembryonic Antigen range is 3.2 ng/ML. I have attached the report. Is it something concerning? What is the cause of this? Please help.
