I just turned 17 on July 9th. I am currently 5'9 I want to know if there's more I can do to grow. I really don't think my growth spurt actually activated. This is my senior year and I play football and a lot of colleges look for height at my position so I was wondering if there is anything I can do to grow more. Like any supplements, vitamins?
