I am not sure if I should be worried about my moles or not, I'm 14 and some of them are a bit big or irregular. Most of them are a mixture of two colours.

If you have sudden appearing moles,  or moles growing in size recently or irregularly growing,  u need to visit a dermatologist to get it biopsied.  If it has been there for years without change in size then not to worry.  Anything recent should be checked with.
