Hi I got married on feb 10th 2019 and in the month of March I got my period s but in the month first week I skipped my period s I and my husband are not ready for child at present. I have thyroid issue is there any way I can abort it as its been only month as we both are struggling for livelihood we wanted our child to get good education at present we are not in a position to have child does it effects my health if I abort it
