Conceived after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage saying there was no heart beat at 7 weeks. Now iam conceived very soon in the immediate cycle. My doctor suggested to take folsafe L and hcg count is 714 at 4 weeks and apla test report is negative and in a week iam going for a scan. But iam worried about this pregnancy, do i need to take any additional tablet and any additional tests. Kindly suggest. Thanks in advance.
