Hello doctor my wife still not now pregnant .she have no pcod and thyroid problem but hemoglobin level 6.5 my doubt is  animea affect pregnant chances

Anaemia usually does not cause problems in conceiving. But it's better to normalise haemoglobin before pregnancy to avoid complications. You should check other fertility factors like Semen and Fallopian Tubes.
