Your problem is related with dryness known as computer vision syndrome in medical terminology, there is no glass specially made for computer, you can use  zero power antiglare eyeglasse if there is no refractive error & do use some good lubricating eye drops 5-6 times a day (Refresh liquigel) along with normal blinking while working on computer because number of blinking comes down drastically from 24per minute to 8 per minute while working on computer so follow computer operator please blink ,blink& blink, with regards Dr Arjun kr Singh Patna.

There are no such glasses for computer. Any glass or shield for computer work is just there to reduce brightness part of the screen. Secondly your red eye problem is because of dryness of eyes due to constant computer work. You can follow below written instructions to reduce dryness : 1. Blink consciously while working 2. Take rest and keep eyes closed for 5 to 10 min after 1.5 hour of computer work 3. Avoid direct wind on your eyes - so wear goggles or helmet during two wheeler drive 4. Avoid A/C to hit yr eye directly. So while driving car keep ac vent of yr side shut. In office do not sit in front of AC. In home also avoid direct AC flow to yr eye. 5. Use lubricating eye drops as and when required
