Why am I having pain in my composite fillings now? I got it done one year back. The toothache is unbearable.

Dear patient, pain in tooth could be due to various reasons like deep fillings , improper marginal fit of the filling, fractures filling, improper hygiene measures or decay underlying the existing filling.
Next Steps
please get an x ray done , so we can diagnose the reason and get treated accordingly, usually RCT ( not always).

Maybe your are having secondary caries that is caries under your filling. It reached to the nerves of the tooth and resulted as an infection. You need Root Canal Treatment .
