My partner fingered me in september 2022 and i was scared of precum but i got bleeding every month full 7 days after that, my stomach is flat like it always was and this is my ultrasound images (attached below) no sexual activities after that and all negative home tests. i cannot be pregnant right? i dont have written report of ultrasound just these images of uterus and ovary is it empty for sure? pls help me im very scared and worried and i don't have much knowledge about these things.
