Hi. I'm 29 yrs old and married since 6yrs, I have pcod and thyroid, right now my TSH is 4.03. and with recent pelvis scan I got report of complex cyst septa in my right overies about 7cm*7cm*10cm. But I don't have any pain or bleeding... Please suggest me do I have to undergo surgery.. is there any harm of fertility..

Cyst size is large... You can try hormonal therapy for that also for 3months with close watch on symptoms like pain... Do scan after 3month course.. If size same need to operate it
