My daughter is 2.5 years old and she complains about a headache every 3rd or 4th day. she used to watch iPad while having meals but I stopped it completely, and still she says her forehead is paining. I am worried now, should i get her eyesight tested or her paediatrician will guide me better.

Do an eye check with ophthalmologist. See if she suffers from frequent cough cold etc..

Any other complains.Get your child examined by an eye specialist.Get dilated retina & refraction  done.Refractive error are common cause of headaches.

Wait for some time .keep her screen usage to minimum. And put tear drops to soothe her eyes. Most likely  she will improve and then keep her  screen usage minimum and replace i pad and phones with TV that too not in excess
