Hello Dr my son 7 years old few days back he had cold n gastritis stomach pain n he said he as pain in leg n chest n hand we went to pediatric Dr said nothing serious it's just a gastric pain. And later he had fever n we did all ur in test n blood test abdominal xray all was normal only crp was 2.70 and after 3 days of antibiotics crp was normal .and he is fine n no fever at all but sometimes he say he gets heart pain is tat kids will get heart pain. We don't have any family history of her at disease. And he was the healthy baby wen he born. Plz tell should I do any tests I am getting panic
