Hi Doctor, My daughter is 3.5 months old. From today's morning she had fever( 100+) sneezing & mild cough. She doesnot have any nose blocking or anything. We consulted paediatric doctor and he prescribed paracetamol paediatric Oral Suspension IP 100 mg ( 0.9 ml per 6 hourly basis 3 days ) & nasoclear drop( 3 times 3 days) After giving first dose of paracetamol the fever got subsided now after 6 hours of 1st dose the temperature is going around 99 to 99.5. Do we need to continue the paracetamol 6 hourly basis if there is no temperature or low grade temperature.

There is no need to give paracetamol routinely if temperature is less than 100F. Just monitor temperature.
