Many thanks for uploading the report.
My guess is you sustained this injury from a direct impact around the knee.
Any fracture takes 6-8weeks to heal. The head and neck of fibula have good muscle coverage around them, which provides good support and also good blood supply to help healing.
Initially ice packs and painkillers are useful to reduce the swelling and pain. It will be painful to walk initially, but it is not possible to immobilise the neck of fibula.
Regular painkillers is what will help. Nature takes time to heal and that cannot be speeded up, no matter what we do. Stay mobile, use icepacks and take painkillers. Avoid any strenuous physical activity, standing or walking for long durations, for a few weeks.
