My beard and head hairs colour turning brown even i shaved my beard it not turning black and gradually few one are getting white , whats the reason ,is their any nutrition defficiency or improper lifestyle ,what i do to prevent the hair colour,and i do not use any hair products,and any hair stylers, Can Sweating affect this or not Please help
