It's a T2N0 mucin secreting adenocarcinoma. So it's stage 1. Ideally the patient doesn't need any further adjuvant treatment. Only observation is enough. Msi testing and SOS adjuvant chemo is required for stage 2. Stage 3 definitely requires chemotherapy

Regular follow-up three monthly with cea and CA 19.9 and 6 monthly colonoscopy
