Collide nodule on thyroid gland

A 25 years old female unmarried, having collide nodule ( benign) on both side of thyroid gland, however donot have any abnormalities in thyroid function and anti tpo test is normal and the nodules are of size of a small marbel ball. What can be done in this situation?? What treatments are available in allopathy apart from surgery?? Kindly suggest. and what are the favourable outcomes with homeopathy??, kindly please suggest homeopathic medicines which will cure this.

Homeopathy will not help. Medical treatment is more for cosmetic reasons. So radio frequency ablation or surgery.

Nodule itself is not an indication for surgery.. Many nodules do not need surgery.. Treatment options depend on usg features of nodule and fnac
