Collagen dressing for wound

I have an open wound of around 4 sq cm on my left foot. Do I need to get a collagen dressing done. it has still not dried after 3 days because of its location, susceptible to constant contact with shoe/socks

Wound has occurred due to what reason. How depth the wound is . Is there a full thickness skin loss. If possible send me the picture.
