Although a safe medicine, use only if necessary. It is given 15 minutes before feed Dose is 5 to 10 drops Burping after each feed is useful

Usually colicaide drops prescribed based on dosage of semithecone .Below 2 yrs usually 0.5 ml QID is enough.
Next Steps
burping after every feed and don't make baby lie on bed immediately after feed.
