My baby struggles a lot post 7pm till 10pm due to stomach irritation.. it passes gas whenever he takes extreme stretches.. he just want to be on breast but even there he keeps stretching and expressing that painful voice while latching.. I stopped taking milk for myself, I take little tea.. and regular fish n red rice consumer.. what diet I should maintain to overcome his gassy pain ?

Hello, Baby irritation can be because of - nose block, wet clothes, diaper rash, gas - burp, wants to play, hungry. As long as you are not having any problem with any food items - so baby is also ok. Check my Instagram/tiwari_child_clinic 🙏Tiwari child clinic Delhi🙏

Gmrng, do burping after each feed for 15 min - 20 min.
Next Steps
Give exclusive breast feeding for 6 months. Eat fibre each foods like green leafy vegetables, apple , beans ….
