Dear Dr My baby is 18 months old. Dr has prescribed him Maxtra P Syrup. Kindly guide with the suitable dosage for him as dosage is not mentioned in prescription, only 4 times a day is mentioned with a gap of 4 hours.

If mild,just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever if required. If severe cold,give 5 ml THRICE a day for 3 days.
