2 mnths 12 dys baby having cold,before 5 dys back we went for same reason doctor gave encold, toximo encold gave 2 dys toximo today course completed,again today also running nose spray saline but not working??? Give me best medicine for cold

If the baby is active, feeding we'll, doesn't have increased work of breathing(fast breathing, chest retraction) no need to worry. U can wait for few more days with the same medication, taxim o can be stopped
