Ulcers on lower lip and all over inside the mouth with Fever and swollen lymph nodes. Painful and burning, difficulty in eating and drinking.

Some viral fevers may cause ulcers in the mouth and rashes. Swollen lymph nodes indicate infection. Consult a doctor and take paracetamol ( tab Crocin) for fever

ur discription dsnt give a proper idea about the condition.but i suggest u to visit to ur dentist n get it chked rather asking queries on a public platform.do visit before worsening of the condition.meanwhlie u can start any multivitamin tab
