Hello. I'm in the initial phase of getting cold sore. Itching around my lip area and bumpy skin. I'm starting to get breakout please suggest me a medicine that I can take or apply to make then go ASAP. It's really uncomfortable for me to speak or eat once it gets to it's full form. Because when I first got them I rubbed my skin thinking it's just a normal skin allergy and from there it spread to my whole lip area. Please help so that I can treat them as soon as I see the symptoms. Im also having small swabs. Please help.
