I began to develop a cold sore 11 days ago and immediately took vasocyclovr. I then used SPF chapstick and abreva. I went through all the phases of the process cause I’ve had them before. But now it’s seemed completely healed except for this small raised white dot. It’s not painful and it’s not filled with fluid. I am unsure if my cold sore is completely gone or still contagious.
