Hello Doctor, My son is 3 months old and he has developed cold, sneeze and cough over night. Can I use Vicks babyrub and nasivion drops to ease him.

Nasivion contains oxymetazoline which is strong and not advised below 1 year of age. Use nasoclear nasal drops. Vicks babyrub is ok
