I am having mild fever from 2 days and cold and dry cough. Today because of cough having chest pain. I am taking cetrizine montelukast azithral and paracetamol. Kindly advice

Add Steam inhalation thrice daily Ascoril- DS is gud Rest continue ... If less response or not improving Start Tab.Augmentin Montair lc can be continued
