Cold n fever from Tuesday(4days)

I got cold n fever on Tuesday still I'm feeling  temperature on morning n cold is there, Tuesday Nyt I took citrizen Wednesday I took tablets twice but I'm not sure of that tablets  my frnd brought even that person also didnt asked at Apolo simply he brought n gave to me. Thursday no medicines, yesterday Nyt I had dolo 650. I felt like I got relief but today Mrng I feel a bit temperature, fever, cold. Could you please suggest me which medicine I have to follow.. Monday I have to go for work
