Cold,joint pain,nerve pul

Post pregnancy I was diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency and thyroid..took tablets for vitamin D and came under control and stopped with vit tablets..still continuing with thyroid pills...i still have joint pain , muscle crump , feeling stresed, frequent cold...just wanted to know should I get my vitamin level checked ? If yes, which specialist should I approach?

Hi there, Hope you are doing good. If you have been facing the following the symptoms since long then its better you visit a Dr.He might be able to prescribe the right kind of tests to you.The symptoms can be due to an underactive thyroid too.Get your thyroid levels checked also.

1) Eat a well balanced diet and avoid refined and processed foods. 2)Try and add more veggies and fruits in your diet. 3)Avoid excessive consumption of soyabean,cabbage,cauliflower ,tofu and soymilk.
