In a week im getting cold at most of the times.even i touch the dust also immediately will get cold.Please suggest me a medicine

As per your description it might be due to allergic rhinitis.. avoid dusts and pollution.. take anti-allergic tablet for few days.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
