Hello There. I can understand your concern. Do you also have fever? you need to drink lots of water, take steam inhalations in which a little amount of vicks you can add. drink warm water only. take a tab. levocetrizine 10 mg once a day at bed time. tab. paracetamol 500mg fo headache.
