I had an ongoing cold for more than two months. I take regular  steam and have vvitaminC.  Which doctor do I need to see.

You might be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays for few months. There is no permanent cure for this condition. Physical exercises can be of some benefit
