Cold feeling in extremities

Every so often I will get cold extremities, hands, feet, penis, and even in my nose and head... I feel like coolant is running in the veins in these areas. It is periodic. I may feel in the morning but it will go away. This started about a year ago and comes and goes. I am 43, male and in very good health otherwise (vegetarian and work out daily)
