Can you please state differnce between sinarest drops and sinarest af drops. I have to give this to my son of 4 month suffering from cold. Also, will this help in preventing cough in future

Both are used for cold. It will not help for cough. Sinarest is with paracetamol so helpful for Fever and cold.
