Running nose for a week now headache since yesterday. Mild fever. I have taken cheston cold. But it's not affecting . Have tried steam as well.

Your cold can be allergic. Take tab Mont-air LC 1 tab once daily at night for 1 week along with tab P-500 1 tab 2 times a day. Rab. Azithrall 500mg 1 tab once daily for 3 days. Tab defcort 6mg 1 tab 2 days. If there is cough then take syp. Zedex 1 tea spoon 3 times a day.
Next Steps
if problem persists after 3 days consult a general physician.
