Can we take allercet for cold during pregnancy ? I am 5 week pregnant now so Please suggest can I take allercet tablet during this time

Loratidine (Alaspan) is the only antihistamine molecule that has been conclusively safe in pregnancy. You can however safely use steroid nasal sprays throughout your pregnancy. There is a famous Swedish study which studied 40000 Swedish women and their children over 20 years to confirm their safety.
