Skipping breakfast n meals, two wheeler travelling, exposure to cold, pollution, excess tea, coffee, snacking, fast food oily food and sleeping late night are some primary causes for sinusitis which you are suffering from.
Use ear plugs while travelling, drink warm water, gargle warm water, drink turmeric milk, practice bhramari and kapalbhati pranayama. In yogasana do vajrasana, mandukasana and sinhasana daily. Apply 1 drop of cow ghee at night in each nostril.
