I've been having a cold for 3 months with clear snot and left ear feel pressure and sometime I feel mild pain in the ear canal.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You should definitely get it checked out. There is no reason why a cold should persist for 3 months. Tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for pain. Tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 3 days. Consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
