I have sore throat and blocked nose. Fever is on and off. Having these issues since past 4 days and i thought it is Simmons cold however does not appear to be. I am Coughing a lot with a blocked nose. It is not dry coughing.

Hi, It could be due to lower respiratory tract infection. You should take Tab lCZ 5mg once daily, Tab paracetamol 500mg thrice daily, Syp. Brozeedex 1 TSF thrice daily. Hope you should get better soon. You may also require antibiotics if it persists.
