My son , age 16 yrs is having severe cold and cough for last 1 week. Tried anti allergic medicine and cough syrup, but not much relief. Also given him Cetil 250 mg antibiotics for 2 days , which was earlier prescribed by Doctor. Please advise.

Is it seasonal. If he has running nose without fever body ache could be allergy to pollen mould or dust mite.needs allergy skin pick test .anti histamine like lora tidiness 10 mg daily once will help
