I've been infected with Cold since past 3 days. I feel my throat conjected and nose blocked. I can sense smell but my taste lost. So, just the normal cold tablets work or should i need to go for something else

Fluticortizone nasal spray two puffs two times. Montek lc one at night for five days. Zerodol sp 3 times a day after food for 3 to 5 days. Azee500 one per day after food for five days. Steam inhalation. Plenty of luck warm water and liquid. No cold things.
