Cold after embryo transfer

Hello doctors.. i had embryo transfer on 11/11/2021 transferred 4 embryos after day 3 all are M2 Grade.. I have cold with runny nose.. is this common or else does it effect my embryos? Do i need to worry about it.. what can be done for this?
