If it's negative u are not pregnant. However u can repeat the test after 3-4 days as sometimes late conception occurs.

IrRespective of exercise and what you drink pregnancy test can be done 24 hours after a skipped  period does not matter whether you do it in the evening or morning Since the pregnancy test is negative you are not pregnant
