Clot like thing below year and neck

I have been experiencing pain near neck and on touching sense a clot like thing. On processing it I feel extreme pain , also have slight headache due to this. Also pressing or rubbing it I sense pain. What do I do for this? What it could be and reason for the same. Also what should be done now?. Please guide.
